Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Corevica. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Corevica Inc. ("Corevica," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Corevica platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, submitting a demo request, or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the authority to enter into this agreement (on behalf of yourself or your organisation), and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
Corevica is an AI-native customer relationship management (CRM) and revenue intelligence platform that provides tools including but not limited to:
- Pipeline management and deal tracking
- AI-powered email drafting, sequencing, and outreach
- Revenue forecasting and analytics dashboards
- Contact enrichment and intelligence
- Workflow automation and third-party integrations
- Call recording, transcription, and AI summarisation
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration & Access
Access to Corevica is granted exclusively through our onboarding process. Accounts are not self-serve — all users must be onboarded by our team following a demo request or direct engagement. By registering:
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@corevica.com
We reserve the right to refuse access, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Plans
Corevica offers Starter, Growth, Business, and Enterprise plans. Pricing and features are described on our Pricing page and may be updated with notice.
Payment
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Payment is processed securely via our payment processor — we do not store raw card data
Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card is required to begin a trial. At the end of the trial, you will need to select a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Refunds
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the billing date if you are unsatisfied. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Enterprise contracts are governed by their individual agreements.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted
- You may export your data before cancellation via the in-app export tools
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR)
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Harvest data without permission or engage in scraping beyond permitted API use
- Impersonate any person, organisation, or entity
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to third parties without written consent
- Use the platform in a manner that could damage, overload, or impair our infrastructure
⚠️ Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
The Corevica platform, including all software, design, trademarks, logos, and content, is owned by Corevica Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
You retain full ownership of all data and content you input into the platform ("Customer Data"). By using the Service, you grant Corevica a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your Customer Data solely to provide the Service to you.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.
9. Integrations & Third-Party Services
Corevica integrates with third-party services (e.g., Gmail, Salesforce, Slack). These integrations are subject to the respective providers' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corevica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Corevica in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corevica, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
